Lifelink offers many different adoption resources through its direct programs and agency partnerships.

On August 1, 2010, Lifelink International Adoption became a subsidiary of Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois (LCFS). LCFS is a not-for-profit social service agency that serves 35,000 children and families annually through programs such as child placement, youth residential, clinical and community services. Lifelink International Adoption, now a ministry of LCFS, is a not-for-profit, faith-based human service organization that is accredited by the Council on Accreditation as well as the Hague and is a member of the Joint Council on International Children's Services.
